It’s been a dream of mine to open a gym, a vision of an ‘old school’ gym, mixing the best of old school and modern equipment. A fitness culture that’s missing from the corporate gyms of today, an individual identity in a sea of mediocracy.

We take pride in having the best of the best, we’re not caught up in having all our equipment from the same manufacturer, we want the best, regardless of who makes it. We’re proud to have brands such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Nautilus, Precor, Panatta, Cybex, Prime USA, Arsenal Strength & Watson in our facility.

At 16,500 sq ft spread over 3 floors, Old School Jim’s is the biggest Official Hammer Strength Training Facility in Staffordshire, and one of the largest in the UK, we’re also the largest Prime Official Performance Centre in the UK. Don’t let the “Old School’ title fool you…. our facility is fitted with a full heating & air conditioning system, modern and clean shower & changing facilities, sunbed, top of the range equipment and a training environment and experience like no other.

We have over 180 pieces of equipment, over 12,000 kg’s of olympic plates, specialist bars to cater for all training styles, a separate cardio & leg floor, a 1200 sq ft fitness studio, a dedicated posing room and a top spec 2000 sq ft hybrid training area, we really are a facility that offers everything under one roof.
